Build the CRM (customer relationship management) database

You’ll understand the importance of customer relationship management and how this can help create customer loyalty and improve retention. You will become very specific and list down the exact customer base and target market and category and develop strong CRM skills to analyze and improve NeoDocto’s customer experience across a range of platforms.

Reach

Become a critical thinker and use creativity to run, optimize, accelerate digital marketing campaigns, measure progress, record results and participate in weekly brainstorming sessions.

 

Though marketing strategies can be powerful separately, you’ll explore the importance of balancing and integrating these strategies together to reach the same customer through various means. Through this exploration, you’ll understand how integration in marketing is vital in helping to target neodocto’s customers more effectively.
