India collaborates with NeoDocto Foundation to decrease the cases of Tuberculosis in Assam, India

The Global President & CEO of NeoDocto Inc. – Mr. Madhukar Sanneerappa announces to help the state Government of Assam, India, and to grant all necessary support in the fight against the disease of Tuberculosis. He also says that “NeoDocto foundation will not relent in their effort until the disease comes down to a minimal level”.
Manhattan, New York – May 03, 2019 – The Director-General of WHO, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, once mentioned that “Tuberculosis kills five thousand people every day. The social and economic impacts are devastating, including poverty, stigma, and discrimination. While the world has committed to ending the TB epidemic by 2030, actions and investments don’t match the political rhetoric. We need a dynamic, global, multisectoral approach”.
It’s obvious that one of the major health challenges rocking an appreciable number of Assam Citizens is the case of Tuberculosis which to Health statistics affected about 1531 people. And it’s a notorious fact that it is a communicable disease and hence there is a need to wage a zero-tolerance war against its spread. Statistics also have it that the DALY’s rate of Tuberculosis within the state of Assam is 3.96 (this figure signifies that the burden of case of Tuberculosis is on the high side in the state), and hence a need for action.
The Government of Assam, India has taken a positive step to partner with one of the leading World health care service providers. The NeoDocto foundation is in decreasing the challenge of the case of Tuberculosis that has befallen the citizen of Assam.
