Indian film actor Rajit Kapur joined hands with NeoDocto Foundation to wipe out malaria in India.

Rajit Kapur, an Indian film and theatre actor extended support to the ‘NeoDocto Malaria Eradication Programme’ to control malaria disease in the nation. The support from the celebrities for the ‘NeoDocto Malaria Eradication Programme’ can leave a positive impact on improving public health by joining together for a social cause to create a difference in society.

Rajit Kapur is an Indian film and theatre actor who is known for his award-winning portrayal of Mahatma Gandhi in the 1996 film. The fictional detective ‘Byomkesh Bakshi’ in the eponymous television series directed by Basu Chatterjee was quite popular. He acted in his debut film ‘Suraj Ka Satvan Ghoda’ directed by Shyam Benegal.

The causes for the spread of global disease in malaria-endemic areas are poor health conditions and lack of health education were considered during the discussion between Rajit Kapur and Madhukar Sanneerappa.
