NeoDocto Malaria Eradication Program led by NeoDocto CEO Collaborated with C. Lalsawta, IAS.

Global president of NeoDocto Mr. Madhukar Sanneerappa in his mission to eradicate Malaria met with the IAS Principal Secretary of Government of Mizoram Mr. C. Lalsawta and urged him to spread awareness of Malaria eradication.


Manhattan, New York – May 09, 2018 – Mr. Madhukar Sanneerappa, the CEO and the Global President of NeoDocto has become a huge name in the healthcare industry. It is his deep desire to bring drastic changes in the model of healthcare and delivery of healthcare services in the world and to make a substantial impact, by eradicating vector-borne killer diseases like malaria. Mr. Madhukar aims at providing a complete healthcare platform for everyone. With his unwavering energy and passion, he is going miles and reaching heights. He has initiated the campaign to eradicate Malaria through a non-profit organization Neodocto foundation. Many believe that he has all the potential to bring reform and make a huge difference in the healthcare domain. With this background he has traveled across various states of India, making Mizoram the 19th state to collaborate with the Neodocto Malaria Eradication Program.


As a part of the NeoDocto campaign and malaria eradication program, Mr. Madhukar Sanneerappa met with Mr. C. Lalsawta, IAS Secretary and CDC to the Governor of Mizoram. Mr. Lalsawta is a Retired IAS officer, principal secretary – finance department, and CDC to the Governor of Mizoram. Mr. Lalsawta is the Planning and Finance Minister of the State Government. Mr. Madhukar Sanneerappa discussed his and NeoDocto’s vision of the Malaria Eradication Program and presented how he plans to prevent and reduce the mortality caused by Malaria.


Around 50% of the world’s population is at risk of Malaria. The state of Mizoram–one of the seven sisters in the northeast states of India is a tropical area, so the state has been prone to malaria. There are 61 deaths reported to Malaria in the last three years. As per the National Vector-borne disease control program census 2011, as of 2017, Mizoram had the highest death rate with around 6916 cases per 100,000 population. Mr. Madhukar explained all these details to Mr. Lalsawta, who listened to these statistics patiently and felt very privileged to be a part of this huge program.


At the meeting held by Mr. Madhukar and Mr. Lalsawta, Mr. Madhukar explained his initiative and vision of eradicating Malaria and how technology can help in doing so. He also presented his ideas and vision on how the digital healthcare platform can be implemented and used as complete digital healthcare reform in order to save the lives of many.
