They are expected to have knowledge of ERP Software and also working knowledge of office equipment. The applicants for this position should have a thorough understanding of office management procedures. Applicants with excellent time management and organizational skills, apart from aptitude in problem-solving and analytical abilities are eligible to apply for the Office Assistant position.

For the Staff Assistant position, NeoDocto expects that the applicants should have a proven work experience in Administrative assistant, staff assistant, or similar role. They should have knowledge of HR procedures and office procedures along with computer literacy.
